State Accredited BIPP, Anger Management, Parenting, and much more
Hello Everyone! My name is Lauren Wernert. I have been happily married to my husband Chris for over 16 years. When we were married, we basically came together with a "his", "mine", then "ours". He has two sons from a previous marriage, I had one daughter from a previous marriage, and then we had a daughter together. Our children range from age 21, being the oldest, to 15 being the youngest. I am a homeschool teacher, with three who have graduated and my youngest is in her Freshman year.
I always knew from an early age that my passion in life is to help people. I love to encourage, uplift, to brighten peoples' spirits, to inspire others to persevere in the face of adversity, and to be the friend that everyone can count on. When researching on how I can do this, life coaching stood out. After reading about it, I just had to go for it, study, and get certified. I am so glad I did!
Think of life coaches as a sports coach or personal trainer. We are here to work with others, to encourage them and to push them in order to accomplish what they are wanting. My job as a life coach is to provide objective, unbiased feedback. I am not here to judge or tell you what you should do or what you need. I am here to act as a facilitator so you can figure it out. I also free you from expectations that might be imposed on you by others. As a life coach, I can help you if you are trying to do too much and guide you toward what you want to be doing that gives you the most satisfaction. Most people spend their entire lives doing what they are told they should do, what is expected from them, and what society expects from them. I do not have that agenda. I am here for you and you alone. I can help you prioritize and find balance in your life . I am here to listen and to help you become who you want to be, fix what you want to fix, and guide you through the process with accountability. I am here for career coaching, spiritual coaching, time management coaching, work/life balance, as well as my specialization certification in relationship coaching.
Think about it, you have relationships with your significant other, family members, friends, co-workers, and others that you haven't even met yet. I chose to specialize in relationship coaching because, in my opinion, relationships form the actual cornerstone of our existence. As a relationship coach, I aid in solving problems, breaking cycles, building trust, teach communication skills, address co-dependency, provide anger management, assess compatibility, practice nonviolent communication, develop assertiveness, teach conflict management, rekindle love, help with unresolved issues, help with lack of communication, help with displaced anger, help with lack of trust, and even help with the lack of confidence. The list could go on and on. No matter the walk of life you are on, whether you are single, dating, engaged, married, cohabiting, ready to divorce, LGBTQ+ relationships, etc. I am here for you. People are always looking for love, no matter if it is from a significant other or even a family member. "You come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by seeing an imperfect person perfectly." ~ Sam Keen This quote does not only deal with the relationship you have with others, but it also deals with your relationship with yourself. Self-love is important as well. Think of me as that friend that you can go to 24/7 with anything that is going on, free from judgement, an ear that always listens, and a heart that is dying to help you.
Career Coaching: I can help you with your job-seeking needs every step of the way. This includes exploring job options, helping write cover letters and resumes, and even helping you practice for job interviews.
Spiritual Coaching: This type of coaching integrates core religious or spiritual values into various aspects of a person's life. Spiritual coaching, in a sense, is religious coaching, however spiritual coaching can also have a non-religious slant which focuses on balance, emotional/physical well being, and a greater consciousness and self-awareness. As a spiritual coach, we also help you to reach an inner awareness and empowerment to have control over who you are as an individual.
Time Management Coaching and Work/Life Balance Coaching: I can help you when you are feeling too busy, overwhelmed, and just exhausted. It is all about setting up a plan on how you actually spend your time. The idea is to figure out what needs to be done by prioritizing, while still finding the time for "you" time. Sometimes it feels like there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. Sometimes you just need someone like me, from the outside looking in, to help you figure out balance and how to save time.
When not on top of time management and having that work/life balance, people tend to be more stressed and can suffer from burnout.
Family and Adolescent Coaching: This coaching focuses on family issues, specifically between parents and children. In the present world, children and teenagers suffer from several problems that can deal with social communication, bullying, dating/relationships and so on. Sometimes it just helps to have someone that is on the outside looking in, to mediate and to help.
